The biggest advantage is that it is very close to the Mountain Resort, and it is only 300 meters walk to Lizheng Gate. Parking is not very convenient in the old neighborhood, but the owner will help you reserve a parking space. The room was very clean, but the only downside was that the bathroom was very small and there was no place to hang towels. Electric water heater, if there are many people taking a shower, you have to queue up.

小區位置好找，緊鄰避暑山莊麗正門，走路3分鐘就到。交通方便，出門69路公交車，直達承德南站。小區外面有早餐、飯店、購物、夜市，吃住行都非常便利。房間寬敞，設施齊全。美女老闆娘特別細心，還給推薦了附近的美食。我們一家三口在河北過了一個愉快的週末。那麼近，那麼美，週末值得來河北！我是第三次來承德，印象非常好，每次都留下十分美好的回憶。感謝老闆娘，強烈推薦贏家民宿！

房間很大，可以住下至少兩個家庭。位置優越，去附近景區很方便。美女店主熱情周到，還給預留車位！承德乾淨，人好不宰客，普通話説的極好！喜歡來承德旅遊。建議：避暑山莊平原區電瓶車收費有點貴，湖區遊玩有點找不到路徑，望改進。

位置很好，距離山莊正門步行3分鐘，距離二仙居夜市步行10分鐘，幾個網紅餐廳基本也都在步行範圍內，門口超市，餐廳也不少。老闆人很好，孩子被反鎖屋裡打不開門，老闆及時熱心聯繫了開鎖師傅。

房間在一樓，出入很方便，老式的兩室一廳，客廳與大屋打通連了起來。廁所很小，洗澡時沒有掛衣服的地方，如果🈶️冰箱就更好了。位置不得不誇一下，出門走一二百米就是避暑山莊，門口早餐、商場、小賣鋪一應俱全，公交站在前後的兩條街有好幾個，交通便利。如果出行遊玩對住宿要求不高的朋友，可以考慮這裏。
