Echarm properties in Chengdu

Overall we had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The location is amazing. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We also got upgraded to a bigger room for free. They have an area for package collection (E.g. Taobao), you just need to find your own packages there. They also have a laundry room. The staff even helped us to put our clothes from the washer into the dryer when we went out. The bed is comfy, but the two pillows they provided were a bit too low when we only used one pillow and too tall when we used both pillows. The room is pretty clean overall, maybe just very little bit of water stain in the shower place if you look closely. The bathroom has seated toilet and very clean, but the toilet paper is very rough. We would come back to this hotel if we visit ChengDu again. It is a very nice hotel 🙂

The room was cleaned very meticulously, no smell, spacious, soundproofing effect was good, and the rest was very quiet at night. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady also helped us turn on the air conditioner in advance, and the room was great.

The room was spacious and clean, and the toiletries were of a higher quality than I expected. It was super convenient to get around and find places to eat downstairs. I stayed for two days and had absolutely no complaints – definitely a reliable hotel I'd book again! 👍 The front desk staff were all smiles when they greeted me, and check-in was incredibly efficient! The special noodles for breakfast were springy and flavorful, with a rich broth. My stay was incredibly comfortable; every detail showed how much care they put in. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area 😊

The hotel’s location is relatively inconvenient. While it is close to the wholesale market and Wanda Plaza, it is quite a distance from most major attractions. Although taxis are easy to get, travel time to key spots typically takes at least 15 minutes or more. Breakfast is average. Room is spacious with good AC, water pressure, and lighting, but cleanliness is an issue. Visible stains and even traces of blood on the bedsheets—definitely not suitable for those sensitive to hygiene. Lobby staff are friendly, but the coffee machine is unreliable and often out of water.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a subway station downstairs. It is convenient to travel. It is surrounded by residential areas and is very quiet. There are many delicious food in the surrounding area. The room facilities are very new and the breakfast varieties are a bit limited.

I specifically chose the Yishang Hotel Kuanzhai Alley Jinxian Bridge Branch for my trip to Chengdu, and my entire stay exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. As soon as I entered, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles, offering meticulous and thoughtful service. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the lobby sofa area felt very relaxing. The hotel's laundry service was hassle-free; clothes were returned promptly after cleaning, and there were exclusive benefits on member days. The noodle breakfast in the morning was authentic and warming. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu. Highly recommended!
