Very good location near to shopping centre and good food. Staffs are very polite and professional. Great experience for last minute travelling. Will come back to this hotel again.

Location nearby two many things
1) shopping mall which have everything you need, restaurants , cafe , clothing , supermarket .
2) walking distance to a street food which open late
Hotel decoration is very unique and beautiful, spacious too
Room size is excellent and I personally prefer the classic design which located on the upper floor . The shampoo and body wash smell amazing . Room and toilet is clean . Great work by the housekeeping
There is a garden in lobby floor which looks beautiful.

Both Tracy (Car Lobby) and Yina (Reception Counter) should be applauded for their willingness and going the extra mile for us. Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities.

Very nice and clean room. The room come with AI for curtain, light control etc.
the price is acceptable .
Just below the hotel is one of the biggest mall in Chengdu city

It’s definitely a very nice hotel. The location is excellent right next to MixC one of the best malls in Chengdu. The facilities inside the room are excellent. A view of the city is a bonus. A buffet breakfast is very good.
