We were visiting some old friends here in Chengdu and couldn’t ask for a better family-friendly hotel! Booked the family room and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it. The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Eastern tastes.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the gym or laundry room, but they looked great. Even after we checked out, my daughter kept asking if we could go back to the hotel!
Will definitely choose here again next time!

The service is good but hotel has a really weird dorm feeling. The room is so small with no ventilation.

I stayed in the XL Size Room With Two Beds,
The room, shower and toilet area is modern, well-furnished and clean.
Do take note the shower + toilet might have translucent walls.
The service staff are very outgoing and helpful, there is also a 24h laundry service.
It is within walking distance to Minle station.
This will be my hotel of choice if I visit Chengdu in future.

Rich facilities, only 100 meters away from the subway station, there is a ZAO bar in the hotel lobby, with food and craft beer, enthusiastic service staff, very good room, free drinks in the room, and Easter egg gifts, very good, next time I come to Chengdu, I will stay at ZMAX Manxi Hotel, really worth recommending

The hotel we arrived at at night was very clean. The shouting service was a robot. The breakfast was very rich, with both spicy and non-spicy options. The young man was attentive and considerate.
