I was here for Lars' concert in Chengdu Donganhu, and this hotel provided many services that exceeded my expectations! First, you can reserve the transport to go and come back from the concert arena, which is completely free. They will make sure you are on the shuttle bus before they depart. All of us received 银耳羹 that night after returning from the concert. This is truly heartwarming after I have been exhausted from spending my energy and emotions in the concert, and some more it's a rainy night.
I reached the hotel earlier than my check-in time, but the staff let me check in early at around 9 am after the cleaning service was done. She is so nice and friendly =)
And on my last day before leaving, the staff helped me to order a Didi car service as I don't have a China phone number. I asked for her Zhifubao QR code so that I could transfer her the fees, but she doesn't want it :') so nice of her.
The hotel offers great facilities as well. The water heater, kettle, and hair dryer are all equipped. Cleanliness is 100%. The room is spacious. Pillow and blanket make it hard to get up in the morning. I love the interior design of the room, especially the sofa.
Chengdu is a good place to visit. Thanks to all the kind and sweet souls here who offer me lots of help! Definitely would recommend this hotel to my friends!

1. I arrived late at around 3pm, but still couldn't check in. They said there was only one room left and it hadn't been cleaned yet. I had no choice but to go to the mall and wander around for about an hour before staying.
2. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy at night, and it keeps echoing, making it basically impossible to sleep. I persisted during the festival.
3. The staff in this store have a mediocre attitude and a small number of people. They understand that this is just work and are indifferent to work.
4. In terms of cleaning work, I overheard that it turned out to be outsourcing on a piece-rate basis, which meant that the overall situation was so poor that it turned out that there were not a few permanent staff.
