服務：
房間超級的不好，超級超級小，床太軟了，衞生也打掃得不乾淨，尤其是空調太冷了，房間估計衹有八個平方，超級不值，前廳人員還上班還抽煙，房間一股黴味，連房間裏面連坐着椅子都沒有，嫌棄攜程的客人，難道因為過年期間漲價通過攜程定進來就給最便宜最不好的房間嗎？，一晚上都沒睡着，洗澡都不敢洗，匆匆地洗了一個臉都怕臟了自己的臉，
環境：白瞎的做不好的酒店管理跟不上，服務也不好在尾巴上，哪裡入住還需要給按金的，就是看不起攜程的客人

住的雙床房，靠門那張床裏面彈簧被人坐塌了，人睡上去往一邊斜，反饋酒店始終説沒有問題，我老婆睡着往一邊滾，我還專門坐着拍了照，空調製熱用小度開前台也不提示，光放個提示牌，我大晚上十二點過來入住困得不行哪裡注意看提示牌

1非常好的住宿體驗，我給本次的入住給出真實的全五星好評。
位置交通：位於新都區，交通方便，規劃較好；距離體育中心較近，正值梁靜茹成都演唱會期間，雖然入住歌迷較多，但管理有序、井井有條。酒店位於樓棟高層，視野開闊，空氣清新，觀景一流。
衞生：保潔人員熱情細心，主動問候，環境乾淨整潔。
服務：前台工作人員服務水準高，形象具有親和力，業務熟練，事項交待清楚簡潔，接聽電話響應迅速。
房間設施：智能化程度高，設施完善，智能馬桶、空調窗簾及燈光照明等的操作控制貼心便捷。配備泡茶器皿和兩種茶葉。床品舒適整潔。WIFI網絡連接快、網速滿足使用需求。
