Not a great stay. We were told we were getting an upgrade, but it was a downgrade! It says 24hour reception but it’s just an online chat.
We booked a room with a sofa, but got a chair. No working hot water in the kitchen sink - but we had it in the bathroom so not so bad. There was a hole at the bottom of the bed and the mattress was going through it. It didn’t affect our sleep but on telling the online chat in the morning, they said there wasn’t a problem - so it might have been easy to fix.
It was a cold night, the air conditioner didn’t produce heat. We told the online service desk about all these issues and were told we were wrong about them all!

首先床寫的1.8米是肯定沒有的，我一米6橫着剛好。如果説算的長度，那我無話可説。其次，房間熱水不是一直有，洗澡請十五分鐘內完成，下一個再等20分鐘左右。訂房時候説了要一個安靜的房間，安排在了電梯旁，一晚上電梯哄哄的聲音。最後，先問清楚了，前台微波爐可用，早上去沒開門，打電話聯繫説發密碼過來，等了十分鐘沒回音，等不及走了，一小時後才收到微信，不好意思，前台開門了，你去吧。。然後就直接不回話了。
