Hengrui Boutique Hotel

Yesterday's experience was terrible. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The table was full of oil. I called the front desk and wiped it with paper. Later, I saw that the floor was not very clean, so I applied to change rooms. They let me in without checking the second room. As a result, the table was still dirty and the floor was even dirtier! ! I changed to a third room. The third room was not so dirty and I could barely live in it, but the door lock was broken again! ! The front desk just shirks its responsibilities with a few aunties, and brushes off the customers with a few casual words. The three rooms are all dirty, look at the pictures! ! !

Ctrip booked the hotel and flight package together for a discount. I booked it after seeing the reviews that said 4.5🌟. But are they real reviews? I will never choose a hotel that Ctrip packages with again! Cockroaches were crawling all over the table, and there were peanut shells and disgusting toenails left on the carpet by the previous hotel. The previous cleaner in the bathroom opened the floor drain and left a bunch of hair in the corner without cleaning it up. I am speechless and disgusting! The hygiene is very poor!

The bathroom in the room is completely transparent, making it impossible to take a shower with children.

The service attitude was extremely poor. The deposit was maliciously deducted and extra fees were charged for no reason. It was my first time in Chengdu and the food was quite good. When I checked out, this hotel really ruined my good mood.

After checking in, I locked the door. Ten minutes after I checked in, I was taking a shower when I heard someone knocking on the door. I didn’t know who it was and didn’t tell my name. I was taking a shower and didn’t open the door. It was locked and couldn’t be opened anyway, so I ignored it. However, at this time, the man actually swiped the card and opened the door. I immediately rushed over and asked what he was doing, and he said watering the flowers. I immediately got angry. Someone came in and watered the flowers! ! ! I really don't know what I think about this hotel. I don’t want to stay in this hotel anymore. I feel like someone might swipe their card in at any time! I checked out and complained to the front desk when I checked out. The front desk staff also found an excuse. That person was the cleaner. No matter what kind of work it is, no one can check in anymore, just swipe your card in! ! ! Then he told me that he was sorry, and then it was gone~~~ and nothing was done about it! ! !
