Conveniently located in the city center (within walking distance to Luomashi subway station), clean and huge hotel rooms and facilities (two large beds with spacious rooms), excellent services provided by friendly staff (even went above and beyond by purchasing extra multi-use adapter on the spot and arranging delivery to the room, as well as providing extra free amenities for ladies), free all-day laundry room, and good selection of tasty breakfast buffet. Super satisfied with overall great experience - will definitely stay again with family during next visit to Chengdu!

This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was truly impressed. The service was excellent — the staff were very kind and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and had no unpleasant odors, which made it very comfortable.
The hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday setup with decorations and a cake, which gave my friend a lovely surprise and made the moment warm and memorable. Whenever we had any questions or requests, the staff were always willing to help.
During my second stay, they even provided eye care products and fresh fruit, which made me feel genuinely cared for. They also offered complimentary transport to nearby attractions, which was a great bonus.
Overall, both stays were warm, thoughtful, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and personalized experience.

Free upgrade to a Very comfortable and big room.clean and good service, helping me to do laundry when I am out in the morning .

Spacious room with modern design. Free softdrink and tea everyday. Also they have robot to deliver our food order. Strategic location with only one station away from tianfu square where we can find foodcourts and 2 station away from cunxi road.

Take note to inform your driver on the correct hotel location as there are quite a few Yinqitang hotels around the area. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Room was big and spacious and had everything you need. One issue we faced during our stay was that the room heating was not working and remained at 22 degrees throughout. Staff provided us with a portable heater which helped a little.

Overall, our stay was quite good, but the cleanliness of the toilet could be improved. The first room we were given had a clogged toilet, and we were asked to dispose of toilet paper in the bin instead. This was unacceptable to my parents, but the staff were accommodating and promptly offered us another room. The staff were also polite and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Stayed there for 8 nights with my fiancé for our holiday in Chengdu and got a free room upgrade ☺️ The housekeeping auntie also help us to wash our clothes and check in every morning if there’s any clothes we would like it to be washed! Hotel have delivery robot which is very cute, fast & efficient. Our room is very very big, comfortable and it does feels like home. Will definitely book back this hotel when I come back to Chengdu for a holiday in future 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel is walking distances from the metro and few mins drive to places like Tai Koo Li, Chunxi Road, IFS and other eateries! You can add the hotel WeChat and ask them for food/places recommendations or any enquiries, they will reply you immediately! 11/10 service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
