房間非常乾淨整潔，工作人員服務態度很好！老闆很熱情。一次一定還來這裏，我認為是出差人士首先的民宿，一定要來體驗一下。

花灑出水方式和常規不同，也沒有説明教怎麼使用。半夜詢問管家，管家也是口頭説明使用方法，再三要求下才同意加微信告知使用。洗手枱三個一樣的容器都寫着洗手液，沒有區分洗髮水沐浴露洗手液，或者根本沒有洗髮水和沐浴露。體驗感比較一般，純粹為了看演唱會入住。

地理位置好找，地鐵出來走到加油站對面就是，七樓是平台，可以辦理入住，地方也安靜，衞生間也乾淨，有問題聯繫了也及時解決，還可以延期退房。就是希望能增加穿衣鏡，女生挺需要的，還有衞生間能設定一下擋水板，這樣洗澡馬桶可以不會淋濕。

房間裏面還可以，就是衹有一點不怎麼樣，隔音效果太差了一晚上樓下和樓上不知道幹啥，拖到響從入住到中午退房，體驗感不怎麼好，希望老闆積極去協商解決一下樓上隔音效果問題，其他服務很好

來鳳凰山看演唱會，步行就可以到場館，周邊好找吃的，房間比較寬敞，乾淨整潔，老闆服務態度好，有需求都給解決。
