The room is in an apartment building. The customer service attitude is very good. I told the customer service and asked for a high-rise room on the 27th floor. Overall it was pretty good and definitely worth the price.
The advantages are: cost-effective, the hotel is very new, and Xiaodu is smart. The disadvantage is: there are residents in the apartment building being renovated, so there will be noise during the day, but fortunately for tourists, they usually come back at 8 or 9 pm, so there is no impact at all, and they sleep very comfortably at night.

酒店距離車險很近，由於當天比較晚，且第二天一早火車，特意選了個離車站比較近的酒店，但是換了兩個房間，煙味都很重，開着窗户都無法睡覺。加之開窗後火車通過時的噪音，整夜都無法入眠。酒店是公寓改建的，走廊電梯間裝修保護膜等都未拆除。提出換房間後酒店讓退房，換酒店，也找了攜程協調讓換酒店。實在太晚了，也不想折騰，但的確不滿意。都煙味比較敏感的需要注意。
