本來就是做為一箇中轉站並沒有什麼期待，結果遇到了此次旅行的最差體驗。
首先是提前預訂比當日預訂貴出幾十塊錢，當天到達之後詢問前台，得到的答覆是“平台定的，跟我們沒關係”一副事不關己的態度😑
其次進到房間，收拾行李的架子上有些頭髮很明顯，告知前台收拾一下，得到的回覆是“是想換房間還是怎樣” 然後阿姨上來收拾（阿姨的態度很好，那之後清理的很乾凈） 。結果在收拾的途中又讓我們換到隔壁房間，結果一開門一股濃濃的煙味，所以留在了原來的房間。
然後是房間的wi fi連不上，在所有方法都嘗試的情況下告知前台，結果在電話裏很不耐煩的反覆強調可以連上…. ？？？ 最後上來發現連不上（因為他們根本沒有設定）之後讓我們開着電視用網，告知我們關了就用不了，想用就要對着大屏幕
還有在準備喝茶水的時候發現茶壺蓋子超級臟，洗澡的時候水壓也特別小。也已經懶得聯繫前台了。
槽點滿滿，無力吐槽。本來這些都是很小的事情，解決一下我們也不會有什麼不滿，但是在遇到問題的時候前台工做人員的態度讓入住體驗非常非常差。
這是我第一次入住全季，我想也是最後一次了。

服務很好，地理位置也可以，但就是隔音真的很差，衞生環境也一般，因為能看到放水的架子還有一些枱面上都是灰，因為入住的時間正好是過年期間，退房的時候看見前台放了很多伴手禮的袋子，看到社交軟件上退房會送伴手禮但是也沒有，其他沒有什麼了，另外就是辦理入住當天雖然有些小插曲但是都順利解決了，服務態度很好，除夕當天還準備了水餃和湯圓

房間是5.0很漂亮，比4.0感覺要奢華一些，裝修都很新，前台接待都很熱情，感覺比成都好多全季服務都要好，之後出行都住他們這了。
