Helped with fruit cutting. Helped change rooms. Helped pick up a package. Excellent service. The front desk even gave me tea. The afternoon tea was delicious.

This time, I stayed with my foreign husband and our 19-year-old daughter. I'd give them full marks. First and foremost, the hotel staff were fantastic. The hotel employees were unpretentious, warm, and attentive – a rare find. I'm not sure how management achieves this. Secondly, the hotel's interior decor is grand and elegant, yet still rich in oriental characteristics. Nowadays, most hotels have pretty similar styles. I spent a good amount of time specifically looking for something unique for my daughter and husband to experience, and I'm very satisfied. I was a bit concerned about breakfast when I booked, but it turns out there was no need to worry at all. The breakfast offered congee, noodles, wontons, glutinous rice balls, and yogurt. There was also corn, sweet potato, and yam. Finally, the location is also excellent. It's within walking distance of Wenshu Monastery, and there are many subway stations nearby.

The hotel is clean and tidy with complete facilities and attentive service. It's especially good, very zen, and perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The environment is beautiful and very unique. Highly recommended!

Just a 2-minute walk from the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. Stepping into the hotel, you're immediately greeted by an unexpectedly peaceful atmosphere, a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city. My street-facing room had bamboo planted on the windowsill, and I couldn't hear any traffic noise, allowing me to sleep soundly all day. The Zen aesthetic is evident in every detail throughout the hotel; the thoughtful touches everywhere just naturally help you unwind.

The incense ceremony was quite interesting, and the breakfast set was very exquisite. The Chinese-style garden is beautifully designed! The service was excellent.
