We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nikko Chengdu! This lovely and luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome,everyone spoke English and was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay.The breakfast and dinner buffets were impressive, offering a great variety of Western cuisine alongside local options, which we really appreciated. Their pool is absolutely amazing! Everything was well-maintained, and they provided lockers, slippers, and fresh warm towels.
We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back again!!!!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy, and they provided everything I needed during my stay. The staff were kind, and the food at the restaurant on the first floor was amazing! My family came here for a short Thanksgiving break to rest and relax, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. One of the highlights was the tea room on the 5th floor, a very quiet and relaxing space.
There are just a few things I’d like to mention for improvement:
- The small pool, which is meant to be a kids' pool, was too cold. My 19 mo daughter couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped.
- The sauna was off when I first checked, and I had to ask them to turn it on. Since it takes some time to heat up, I couldn't fully enjoy it during my stay.
- While most of the staff spoke English, there were a few instances where I had to use a translator on my phone to communicate with.
Anyways, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is new, big, and super beautiful, like a garden. The service attitude is very good and very clean. Thanks for arranging the room in advance and upgrading the lake view room. Thanks to Alex at the front desk, the room is great. And echo from the housekeeping department is very careful and noticed the tea I like to drink. The room is cleaned very clean and tidy every day, and the clothes are folded neatly. The room is very clean, with good sound insulation and not noisy at all. There are not many people for breakfast, and there are many varieties, all of which are delicious. The swimming pool is super beautiful, there are not many people, and the water temperature is nice. The outside of the hotel is like a garden, and it is amazing to take a walk after get off work. The stay experience is very good, and I will choose it next time~
