Excellent hotel in a great location. Room felt new and was very clean with good soundproofing. Received complementary breakfast which had a lot of options to choose from. Only negative was the wifi on level 40 was quite slow. Overall extremely good value for money, a similar high quality hotel back in Australia would cost easily x3 the price

It’s well located at the busy shopping district of Chunxi road and Taikoo Li. Room has a great view and spacious. Breakfast needs to be spruced up though. Our packed breakfast was really basic but it’s well made up by the good service

Unbelievable hotel staying experience at Chengdu! Very close to Chunxi Road and every facility is brand new. Breakfast served diverse varieties of food. Staffs’ service are definite professional. If i had an opportunity to travel Chengdu again I gonna choose this fantastic hotel second time.

It’s the first time we visited Chengdu. We are in love with this city and the hotel here is fantastic. Staffs are super friendly especially Ms Delta at checkout. The location is wonderful with short walk to Ifs and other shopping places, food. Rooms are clean and we ordered food delivery with staff’s assistance. We will be back and it is highly recommended.

Mr. Tommy at Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Chunxi Road was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. He greeted us with a warm smile every time and was more than happy to share helpful local tips and recommendations. He handled all our requests promptly and with a great attitude. I have stayed a total of 5nights and Four Points by Sheraton Chunxi Road exceeded my expectations. The room size is spacious and everything is in mint condition as it's just newly renovated,pillows and bed are really comfortable to ensure a good night sleep,bathroom shower pressure is strong, WC has auto flush and heated seat. The hotel rooms are located above level 28 served by 4 speed elevators.
The hotel staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
I will come back to stay again:)
