The hotel environment is really good, and it is not particularly noisy here. The most important thing is that the hotel is a stand-alone building, and the elevator is not particularly crowded, and the floors are not too high. It is very comfortable to work here. Well, I have worked here for several days, and my feeling is really good.

Very good, quite satisfied, very good in all aspects. It is very close to the West Station and it only takes about ten minutes by taxi. There are many communities around, so there are also many restaurants and snacks, including Sichuan restaurants, hot pot restaurants, maocai restaurants, and noodle and wonton snack shops. This is basically a restaurant frequented by locals. You can eat authentic Sichuan cuisine and experience local characteristics here. The price is much cheaper than those in several well-known business districts, and the taste is pretty good. There are many stalls at the intersection in front of the hotel entrance in the morning, selling vegetables and fruits. My mother asked me to take her shopping in the morning after knowing this. We bought a lot of local fruits (loquats are on the market now, the cheapest one in Chunxi Road is 10 yuan per catty, and the cheapest one here is 10 yuan for 3 catties). She said it felt like going out to buy groceries at home, haha The quality of the shop assistants is very high. As I brought my elders with me, I could feel the respect for them in the store, which was quite touching. I would like to give special thanks to a cleaning lady named Liu and a man from the buffet breakfast catering department (I forgot to ask his name, sorry. He is a dark, sturdy guy). I will stay here again next time I go to Chengdu. I am very satisfied!

The service is very considerate and excellent. After checking in, they also gave us souvenirs, including disposable face towels, steam eye masks, mouthwash and toilet seat covers, which are very practical. The room has a smart speaker which is very convenient. It helps us open the curtains, turn on the lights and turn on the TV. The room is also clean and tidy. The parking lot is free.

First of all, when entering the hotel, I asked for a quiet room and a room on a higher floor. Then I was assigned a room on the second floor. Later, they said they would change it and told me that there were no rooms on other floors. The front desk service was pretty bad, but there was a security guard who was very nice and enthusiastic. Then the laundry room is dirty and messy. The laundry room does not provide laundry detergent, which needs to be requested separately from the front desk. There is no telephone in the room, making communication inconvenient. The second issue is hygiene. There were condoms in the cleaned room, which made me speechless. I reported it to the hotel and they thought it was no big deal. So you can imagine how bad this hotel is. I usually book chain hotels when I go out. Without comparison, you won’t know how good the previous ones were. Then there is one advantage, the room is quite large and empty, there is no coffee table. The soundproofing between rooms is not good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high, so be careful when staying.
