First of all, location is good, opposite Tianfu Square and within walking distance to Chunxi Road & Taikoo Li. Secondly all the staffs there were very nice, helpful and friendly despite us really having many parcels. Thirdly, we were fortunate enough to get a free upgrade on the room. The room was big, clean & neat. Definitely will recommend anyone to stay here in Chengdu.

Amazing location, a few steps to the nearby metro station.
Not a very noisy place but a very neighbourhood ish environment.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Facilitates are amazing especially their free laundry semi diy services
The only thing I want is a bathtub and a longer stay there 🥰

Good location next to Tianfu Sq 天府广场 & a stone throw away from main pedestrian shopping street at Chunxi Rd. Restaurants, cafes and street food abound.
Hotel breakfast is basically local cuisine with little western options.
Excellent stay with the exception that though marketed as a non-smoking hotel little was done to prevent smoking. The smell of cigarettes smoke was at times unbearable disturbing a good night sleep.

I speak English and my Chinese language is very limited. Hotel Front Desk staff kindly used translation apps to assist me with my needs. The hotel staff were polite, friendly and very good attitude. The room was shiny clean and modern. The hotel was clean everywhere. It looked like a brand new hotel. It’s located around modern new area, Tianfu Square is only a few steps away The breakfast had many different dishes . Excellent guest services. I would stay this hotel when I visit Chengdu again.

Counter reception staff is nice. They upgrade my booking to spacious room. Is convenient location just a walk out to metro station B exit & 天府广场。 Distance one station to Chunxi Road.
