This my second review for the Elaine Apartment. During our first stay, I was much pleased with its location,spacious rooms like home, cleanness,and convenience. We have more detailed comments in our previous review. So when we decided to expand our stay in Chengdu, we booked this hotel again. We like to particularly mention that this hotel is unique in that a staff member will be assigned before check in and this person keeps in touch with you during your stay offering all kinds of help. We were lucky to have Linda taking care of us, making our stay more comfortable and pleasant, thank you Linda! We definitely will choose this hotel if we come back to Chengdu again in the future, and like to recommend it to everyone who looks for best places to stay in Chengdu.

Very nice place.space is super big. And best of all, the individual housekeeper service is definitely 5 star. Location is good as well. Lotsa food options around the place 24/7.

The room was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable and very clean. I slept very well. There is a location near the IFS. The service staff is very good. Upgrade the room to be bigger and served fruit to welcome. If going to Chengdu again I will definitely stay here.

Elaine Apartment is a great place to stay in Chengdu. It’s near the People’s Park, has a Michelin star restaurant just below it - Nanxiang Steamed Bun - and the staff are incredible. They kept our luggage for us when we did a trip to Jiuzhaigou, repaired our washing machine the same day, and proactively used translation apps to communicate with us. The room is very big and clean. You can do laundry every day if you like, and there is kitchenware so you can ******* a bunch of food to your apartment and eat. There is a very convenient spot for DiDi pickup. Can’t recommend enough.

Huge dining room and walk in wardrobe made this stay feel so luxurious. Very comfortable beds we could fall asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. Amazing to have 2 bathrooms. Great water pressure and amenities. Eva was always ready to help and so pleasant.

Room is very nice and large with full amenities such as microwave, refrigerator , washing machine with laundry detergent and etc. . No cigarette smell at all which is very good for family travelers.
Hotel staff a especially Linda is very helpful and has a service mind. There were some minor problems during my stay but it was solved immediately by hotel staff, very impressed.
