Cheap and Cheerful place downtown ChengDu, and there's nothing wrong with it. You step outside the hotel and can walk around and see quirky things just around the corner (see photo). This is in keeping with the hotel which is pretty quirky, with its coffee bar and arty decor. Of course if you want to go upscale, that's easy as the hotel is next to expensive restaurant with 'western' style foods. We just went around the corner where a small restaurant made dumplings, great stuff. We didn't travel thousands of miles to eat same food we eat in 'da west'!!

Very clean, good amenities, but only condition is air conditioner is the same for whole hotel which is too hot for me but staff provide mini fan

It was nice staying. I liked breakfasts, they were good and different. And robot cleaner was cute and interesting. The staff was helpful. Metro is a bit 15 minutes walking.
