1st trip to Chengdu and stayed in Niccolo. Wonderful front desk service who offered many help and advice during our stays. Very clean environment and nice food. Location is very convenient too for travelling around. Definitely will revisit again

We stayed at Niccolo Chengdu from 25th to 27th and was impressed by its excellent location, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff, especially Amber, were incredibly helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. However, one surprise for me was that the toilet bowl cover wasn't heated, so cold for my B*** which is something I’ve come to expect even in some 3-star hotels…..

Very good hotel. City centre and Convenient for going anywhere. Direct access for convenient airport and attractions transport.
Very good services, People working there are friendly and helpful especially when I checked in earlier when Mia and Freya helped me to ensure my room available earliest possible. Such a warm hospitality environment.
Left my things inside the hotel, Freya helped to arrange delivery to my local friend immediately. Very professional.
The room is spacious and comfortable and having a great city view. Get my bed ready when I finished shopping downstairs.
Will recommend to friends and stay there anytime visiting Chengdu again.

Prompt check-in without hassle, a relaxing and convenient stay at Hotel, good shopping experience with IFS mall connecting with the Hotel, and Taikoo Li just nearby. Good choice from Trip.com

Niccolo Hotel is great!. The room is very spacious with a nice sofa by the window look out to the nice street opposite. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The location of this hotel is 10/10. Very centralise and convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Service is excellent! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

The hotel is well up to standard for most of the facilities....just that we missed a good bar within the hotel.
general room provisions and fittings are well...maybe need some USB ports at the beside with more lighting control handy at the bedside. AC control needs improvement.
