Facilities: The room is old and the air conditioner is noisy
Hygiene: The hygiene is not good and there are hair problems
Environment: Standard economy business hotel, with self-service drinks on the first floor
Service: The day shift front desk is not flexible and not active enough in handling guest issues. If the housekeeping lady can't find the room card, she will knock on the door to check without reporting to the front desk and calling to inquire.
