The counter people were rude at check-in and check-out.
They charge for everything including the paper toilet.
Breakfast was horrendous.
From the first night, we found hair on the sheets and requested change.
The bathroom was with things from previous guests who abandoned there.
The hotel is too far from downtown or major attractions.
This hotel is one-star, with no safety box, no refrigerator, and no restaurant options.
At checkout, the employee kicked out us with nasty words.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is a bit old, and it was the beginning of March. Because it led the street, sleeping with the windows open was noisy until early in the morning, and sleeping with the windows closed, there was only heating but no air-conditioning, and it was too hot to sleep.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet, spacious and bright. There are many kinds of breakfast. However, the room price is a bit expensive. Maybe it is Christmas. The front desk service needs to be improved. The reservation room number is no longer available.

酒店在縣政府對面，門口停車方便，周邊配套齊全，吃飯的有很多，也有商場，房間寬敞，乾淨，有大的落地窗，看起來很亮堂，服務也很不錯，前台説話温柔，一進門就笑着打招呼，給人賓至如歸的感覺

第二次住殷皇假日酒店了，位置好，樓下都是吃飯的，房間應該近一兩年重新裝修過，比較新，乾淨衞生，全智能聲控，入住舒適。
