位置好找工作人員態度好，但是浴室的下水口水特別特別慢，沒有辦法開水洗澡。戰戰兢兢洗了頭，準備拿毛巾擦一下頭髮，發現上面有很大一塊污漬。空調老化一直髮出很大的噪音，最主要的是電梯太臭了。

進房間看見床單上有個這種臟的。燒水壺也是壞的。設施不咋地。一分錢一分貨。這個吐槽不了。但是衞生確實不咋地。重點 前台上班沒有禮貌。在電腦面前許願嗎。基本禮儀接待都不會。坐着手撐臉頰接待客人。你以為你是寵物擺件？我不是上帝。但是基本禮儀也沒有。你老闆給你幾千一個月就是做這種？第一天下單就下的兩個晚上。第二天喊做續房衞生就衹知道你續房續房給錢。反過去問她你第一天接訂單幹嘛去了。我就下的兩晚。他也是知道説下訂單續房。不和他糾結這個問題。在問她那你房卡制的幾天。還是衹知道説續房。基本變通都不會。不會説當時太忙沒有注意 等下你把房卡拿過來刷刷看。我一次性把錢付完，房卡不一次性制好難道還要天天來你前台刷卡嗎。退個按金也是。確實自己那個微信沒怎麼用。自己又是外地的 趕時間先走了。這個語氣。第一次遇見這種。我難道高鐵都不做了。跑回來？！ 自己做了服務行業基本素質沒有就不要做服務行業。雖然還是加了另外的退的。但是整體感覺就是有事忙耽擱 不去你店裡是不允許退的那種感覺。必須自己到店。

想不通，第一次打電話訂酒店，顧客來需要十幾間房，前台態度卻特別拽，後面去線下看房間也愛答不理，所以乾脆在網上訂了，前台就刪了微信，後面態度也不好，一看評論，全是服務態度急差的差評，老闆為什麼不整改一下？沒有員工培訓和員工標準嗎，全部都在投訴態度差
