很好，周邊交通便利，下面就是商場，附近很多美食，住的又是高樓層，晚上休息比較安靜，房間設施齊全，性價比高

來鳳凰山中心看演唱會，可以走路或者共享單車過去，離地鐵站也很近。在一棟寫字樓裏，電梯不難等。樓下是商場，吃的也很多。不過衞生真的不敢恭維，有較大的異味，衞生間門後面地面有污垢。

首先酒店只有一層，外面連招牌都沒有，要在維也納酒店旁邊的門走進去，接著一進去房間就看到蟑螂在床上，想打電話發現電話是壞的，只好跑下去前台讓換房，好不容易跑上跑下換了房發現暖氣是壞的，一開就嘎嘎亂叫超大聲，有請勿打擾的燈可以打，結果早上8點多打掃阿姨瘋狂拍門大喊要不要打掃。。。那您設計這燈幹嘛呢！氣死，沒住過這麼差勁的地方。。。我還讓朋友們一起訂這裡，結果大家房間各有各的問題，一個是熱水要開30分鐘才有，一個也是暖氣壞了，我覺得很對不起她們！

酒店還是挺好的，去成都看AG的世冠總決賽，到酒店都挺晚了，周圍不吵很安靜，安全性還可以要有酒店房卡才能上那層樓，打車出了酒店就能打到，離高鐵站也沒有想象中的遠，就是去的時候成都霧霾有點嚴重長這麼大第一次見霧霾挺新奇哈哈，退房很快兩分鐘，酒店也不算很小還可以，每個房間有獨立WIFI，床品不臟。

蠻不錯的，很安全有門禁進房間要刷卡才行，房間很大，乾淨整潔，樓層高很安靜，好像上次住8樓樓下有kTⅤ半夜吵得很。離地鐵口也近，樓下就是商場，吃的超多，最主要性價比高，值得推薦。

設施：設施挺完善的 位置也比較繁華 酒店位置很好找
感覺這個價值很值得 床挺軟的 下次出行還會繼續選擇這家 房間有地毯環境很好 窗户也很大 非常喜歡
