房間絕對對得起這個價格，是合租式的房子，就相當於小區房子，房間也是簡單的精裝修過，採光很好，有家庭氣息的房子，同住的房客也很熱情，也很愛乾淨。
房東阿姨特別熱情，和阿姨交流沒有一點壓力，我們倆交流也很平和。

還行吧，位置找了半天不太好找，廁所共用，其實你們這種沒獨衞的就不要安馬桶了，安蹲的更好。老闆服務還可以，房間也還行
