酒店距離熊貓養殖基地很近，開車15分鐘，前台小美女，待人熱心真誠，酒店裝修風格兩個孩子都比較喜歡，由於孩子喜歡這酒店住着舒服，開心的一次出行，這酒店遇到了很多熱心的年輕人，感覺這次出行真的好幸運，去看熊貓的親們一定早點去哈，起初排隊看看花花我還挺不理解，當排隊2小時看的花花的三分鐘，還真的挺激動開心的

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，前台服務很貼心，看着我們帶着小朋友還幫我們免升了房型，小朋友很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，停車免費，還是很方便的，下次還會再來！

房間很好，服務不錯，本次帶小孩出行，店家不僅免費升級房間、還贈送小朋友早餐券，離店還有小禮品贈送；交通也很方便，樓下100-200米就是地鐵口，物超所值吧，樓下也有很多吃的；推薦入住（忘了拍照了）

酒店有提前電話聯繫，問我對房型的要求，按照要求幫我安排了一個靠小區安靜的房間，而且還免費升級了房型，可能看我和老公一起，旁邊的一個妹妹還問需要一次性刮鬍刀不，就順帶要了一個，老公説好用，走的時候又問前台小美女要了兩個，下次出門可以帶上。房間設施其實有點舊，不過能看出還是在努力維護，那個沙發和牀頭櫃就能看出來維護的痕跡，總體來説還是挺不錯的。

這家酒店的入住體驗堪稱完美。不得不提的是酒店的服務，真的是細緻入微。讓我特別驚喜的是，酒店居然提供幫忙洗衣服的服務，辦入住就提醒有洗衣房，隨口問的一句能幫忙洗嗎😂，前台小姐姐説如果需要我們樂意為您服務的呢，還貼心地將洗好的衣服送回房間。這一小小的舉動，讓人非常奈斯呀，心情愉悦。從入住到離開，每一個環節都能感受到酒店工作人員的熱情與專業。強烈推薦這家酒店，以後出差都選這裏了。

1、入住當天前台有聯繫到我，也表示不要電梯口或走廊的房間，等我晚上去辦理入住上樓一看房間正對走廊，如果不能提前預留房型，那麼前台打電話的意義在哪裡呢？
2、更換完房間後，一進門那個梳粧台上全是灰塵，因為拖着行李箱不想再更換房間，給前台説這個枱麪是臟的要不處理一下，前台回覆好的，馬上叫阿姨來處理，結果我開着房門等了10-15分鐘一直沒有阿姨來收拾！
3、本着太累不想再折騰的心，在這個房間將就一晚，去當衞生間發現垃圾桶裏還有線頭！馬桶圈上全是灰塵！洗漱面盆裏也全是灰塵！這些都能忍受，因為實在太累，打算洗完澡休息了，結果在準備吹頭髮的時候打開吹風機！上面還有不知名的粘液！還有衞生紙！並且吹風機也是損壞的！
4、實在忍受不了，打電話詢問前台是否有值班經理或者負責人在，能否處理問題，結果來了一個客房的阿姨，讓她看了一下哪些問題，説更換一個房間，隨後説是免費升級了一個房間，讓我看看滿不滿意，我告知幫我檢查一下衞生，説讓我自己看看！
5、再此更換到新的房間後，那個小夜燈半夜差點砸到我對象的頭，壞了掉下來了，第二天去用吹風機，依舊是壞的！
6、退房時反映完問題後衹是草草的給了一份伴手禮，詢問是否有值班經理，告知值班經理不在，那我請問出現這一系列問題後，如何解決？本着對希岸印象不錯選擇入住，經過此次入住體驗，以後很難再選擇希岸了
