Great hospitality and homey welcome by the staff. We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight. Since we are on Horizon floor and was unable to check-in to our room then, the staff let us wait in the club lounge while waiting for our rooms to be ready. We have a decent breakfast and managed to check-in around 11:00am in the morning.
The location of the hotel is great and surrounded with nice cafes.
However, although the property is generally well maintained, the hotel may need some refurbishment.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Jiuyan Bridge (九眼桥), offering a truly authentic and historic Chengdu experience. Staying beside such a meaningful landmark gave us a sense of China’s ancient charm and local culture.
I sincerely appreciate the management team, especially Ms. Shandy and her team, for being extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. They truly understand what guests need, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
The management team also went above and beyond by sharing information on nearby attractions and recommending excellent local food spots. I truly appreciate their dedication and warm hospitality.

The hotel’s location is surrounded by local eateries, allowing me to experience authentic Chengdu flavours and culture.
The souvenir prepared by the management team was a thoughtful gesture that created a lasting memory of Chengdu’s warmth and friendliness.

早餐品種豐富，肥腸粉特別好吃，走路幾分鐘有一個Mall，裏面有很多餐飲，盒馬，屈臣氏等。總之住的很滿意。

可太推薦這裏了。攜程的高級會員，給升級了房型。簡直太棒了。行政酒廊裏面的早飯比較有特色。挺喜歡的。旁邊玩的地方也多。非常適合商務出行，周邊逛的很多，吃東西也很方便。

位置不錯，衞生一般吧，設施比較老舊，最搞笑的是服務，叫送水，一個小時送不來，非得我去前台要才行，前台小姐姐道歉速度倒是很快，感覺前台和客房是獨立的，沒有溝通的，入住的時候忽悠我辦會員送果盤，注意，是果盤，一天過去了，沒送來，多次催促，前台小姐姐一如既往的道歉態度良好，並保證馬上安排，然後未果，入住第二天晚上，客房阿姨給了我一個橘子，一個梨，一個蘋果，並表示，昨天桌子上本就有的一個石榴就是果盤……好吧，我吃過果盤，並不小心看到了，他們給我隔壁房送的果盤是什麼樣的，至少得是果切吧……我當場表示，前台説的是果盤，不是幾個完整的水果，並退回，阿姨尷尬的笑到，沒事，送你吃，我缺水果吃？這時候，我火上來了，感覺被忽悠了，一個石榴就是果盤？再次撥打了電話，前台小姐姐一如即往的道歉和保證，因為今天沒新鮮水果了，（客房阿姨給我拿來的又是啥？）明天一早就安排果盤，我再三和她確認，所謂的果盤是不是我理解中的果盤並得到了肯定的答覆，好吧，等吧……第二天，都準備退房了，來了，我放棄了，比之前的總和多了一根香蕉，我承認被打敗了，我並不是一定要吃他這個果盤，但是我確實不喜歡被人當**的感覺，特別是告訴我，一個石榴就是一個果盤……附圖
