The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance (an easy 25 minute stroll) of Tianfu Square, the Chengdu Museum, Chengdu Library and the Science and Technology Museum. It also has a metro station next to its entrance offering metro line 1 which takes one directly to quite a few landmarks for a mere 2 yuan. Didis and taxis are also easy to book or flag down in that location. The reception staff are generally helpful but special mention must be made of the outstanding concierge division : Cloudy and Cinderella are particularly congenial and deserve high praise. The one drawback is the breakfast room which can be very chaotic during peak hours, especially when large coach tours arrive.

Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner within the hotel are extremely affordable.
Close the MRT and 30mins easy for the TaiKu Li and Tianfu square.

A really great stay was most impressed with a fantastic room being comfortable having a good view. The staff friendly and supporting and the room was well serviced. If to return to Chengdu would stay there again.
My only suggestion have more variety for breakfast change it and more Western food be better.
The shampoo and body wash caused me bad irritation on my skin so suggest supply more sensitive product’s. Or even just a small cake of soap would be better to wash with. The rash from the shower products I used there will take days to clear. Suggest if you have sensitive skin and stay there to take your own stuff.

The hotel room rates are good with western and Chinese breakfast. The lobby staffs are friendly and helpful. The subway station is beside the hotel, you can go to a lots attractions easily, fast and cheaper way. I like the hotel and will come back again.

The hotel was well located at the heart of the city, metro station was just at the corner, that help you in / our / travelling with ease. The hotel food was good and. The staff were polite and counter staff can converse very well in english. I would stay again if I travel to the city next time.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it is easy to go shopping around. Hotel offices are very kind and helpful, they can communicate in English well.

Near the loumanshi metro which is 100m away .
Easy to take Didi travel too .
Good housekeeping and moderate breakfast spread .
The flushing system of the toilet is so so and do take care not to throw too much paper in it .

I have stayed in Dorsett for four days. Very good location in the heart of Chengdu lots of shops, food and easy to travel.
Very warm welcome by reception, good room service and helpful concierge.
Clean large room, comfy bed, all necessary amenities provided. A very good bfast from western style to the noodle station .
Hotel is bit dated in design but service and hard product is top notch and the staff approach is impeccable.
