下樓的時候我從9樓下，按電梯一樓一直沒得反應，過了十多秒鐘門關了，但是一樓按不了，電梯又在往下走，又沒有顯示，給我帶到負一樓去了，然後門打不開，我又按一樓，才到一樓電梯門才打開。我拍個照去找前台，前台就去刷個卡，按了一下樓層有顯示，就説電梯沒得問題，説什麼昨天才檢修了。電梯不管在不在運行樓層都應該有顯示，我明明説了電梯有問題還拍了照片，前台完全不看照片，完全就很敷衍。我的照片很清楚的拍出來連樓層顯示都沒有，明顯的電梯故障。

這家酒店房間每次打掃床單下面還看得到床墊上的臟東西和頭髮，心裏不舒服，希望改進。 房間床墊有點舊了，睡起不舒服

感覺還不錯，挺安靜的 ，設施預期差不多。酒店比較驚喜的是，裝設了一些智能化的設施設備，不過有個建議就是配備一次性馬桶墊，總體感知和實際差別不大，值得入住。
