服務算是酒店中的佼佼者，不止是做好分內的工作，善於跟我們溝通，主動性強，比較耐心跟我們交流，我們去周邊遊，就很熱情的為我們介紹啊，什麼路程價格，等等。退房的時候速度也很快，服務員們都很親戚，沒有那麼生硬的服務態度，當我們像家人一樣的態度。讓人感覺舒服温馨。

攜程 4 鑽酒店
第一：枕頭有洞（下次不要擺放明顯位置）
第二：浴室門上差膠條，很容易濺水到外面，沒有地巾，更沒得防滑墊
第三：早餐在 30 樓，擺放不集中，拿一樣吃的後還要跑到幾米外去拿另一樣
第四：晚上停電幾個小時沒有提前告知，並且沒有發電，導致朋友感冒

房間內燈閃爍，淋浴間太小，水流也小，洗澡極其不方便。房間空調聲音大，關鍵還不制熱，早上起來直接感冒😷。還有，早餐非常一般，最氣氛的是煮雞蛋蛋殼上居然還有雞屎，噁心到家了。
