Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel

Great check-in experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is convenient with plenty of food options nearby. The bedding was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay experience. Before check-in, they called to ask about room preferences and added me on WeChat for the butler service upon arrival. It was very convenient to contact the butler for anything. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and their service attitude was fantastic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also very good with great taste!

The room was great, and the check-in experience was super wonderful. Facilities: Good and very well-equipped. Cleanliness: Nice and very clean. Environment: Beautiful, with fresh flowers. Service: Excellent, with a butler service. Late check-out until 14:00: Yes, absolutely fine. Early check-in from 11:00 subject to availability: Pretty good, highly recommended!

The room was generally clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless, and the shower had strong water pressure. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Considering that Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel is an older property, some wear and tear was evident. The desk in the room I was assigned on the first day was damaged and the floor was not quite clean, while the restaurant tables and chairs also showed signs of wear. However, the room I was moved to afterwards was in great condition—they said it was an upgrade—and the overall environment was very pleasant. The butler service was attentive and issues were resolved promptly (for instance, when I found mosquitoes at bedtime, a mosquito repellent device was delivered right away). All in all, Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel offers great value for money.

This hotel is truly fantastic! The staff called us before check-in to ask about our preferences and arrival time, which was very thoughtful. Upon entering the lobby, a lovely receptionist escorted us directly to our room. The complimentary buffet breakfast was extensive, and they even helped us extend our check-out time to 2 PM. Absolutely wonderful! I will definitely choose to stay at Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

The room was great, and the check-in experience was pleasant. Late check-out until 14:00: Great, really liked it. Early check-in from 11:00 (subject to availability): Awesome, works for me. Amenities: Good. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Nice. Service: Good.

I have stayed at Celebrity Ruicheng Hotel many times, and the check-in experience is always great. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-lit, with facilities in good condition. The service is a major bonus; the staff are attentive and thoughtful, cleaning is done promptly, and any missing items in the room were delivered very quickly after I contacted them. The communication with the staff was polite and courteous, making me feel very comfortable. They also offer one-on-one butler service. The hotel environment is tidy, and the location is very convenient for getting around. There were no unpleasant surprises, and extending my stay for multiple days was consistently pleasant. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Chengdu for a secure and comfortable stay.
