Positive points:
Great location. Just outside the hotel, there a lot of shops where you can dine and buy anything you need.
The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The price is very reasonable.
Negative points:
The air conditioning unit is a bit loud.
Can easily hear the outside noise inside the room.

It’s out of the way from a lot of popular attractions when visiting Chengdu. To get into the city, it’s about 1.5 hours by metro. As for the hotel, it was fine. It was hard to find. The room was okay but before I left I found a roach. I know they are common in China since I live here but for someone just visiting, it may be a little shocking.

A complete mess. I advise everyone not to book here in the future, especially in winter, the air conditioning doesn't work and you can't take a shower. If I hadn't placed the order online, I would have returned it long ago. I stayed in Room 1619, a business king-size bed room, and the air conditioner did not heat the room. Moved to room 1603, the air conditioner still didn't heat, wanted to drink a cup of hot water, but the kettle was broken. Towels are disposable, which is so torturous. I haven’t taken a shower for several days, and I’m still cold hiding in the quilt. I gritted my teeth and persevered for several days! 😅😅😅😅
