Clean and tidy, with warm and thoughtful service! The room was spacious and well-laid out, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. High-floor rooms offered expansive views overlooking the city.

Traveling with a baby and a nanny, we opted for a suite, and it was spacious enough to accommodate an additional crib and adult bed without feeling crowded. The children's amenities were comprehensive, and the service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, especially for a family like ours with young children, haha! A special thanks to Jamie, the service center manager. We'll definitely choose the Ritz again on our next visit.

The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, truly lives up to its Forbes Five-Star rating. My recent stay here was absolutely perfect! ✨ The hotel lobby is located on the 25th floor, offering breathtaking high-rise views right from the moment you step in. The guest rooms are spacious, with a design that incorporates elements of traditional Western Sichuan courtyards. Features like a walk-in closet, a bathroom with double vanities, and separate bathtub and shower areas are fantastic, and the amenities are by Diptyque, adding a touch of refined quality. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Tianfu Square, and watching the city's sunset and night views in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. I must commend the Ritz-Carlton's signature service. The staff were proactive in their greetings, and their responses to requests were prompt and thoughtful. The butler-style service felt genuinely warm. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse; in addition to Western cuisine, there were local Chengdu snacks like Dandan noodles and 'chaoshou' (wontons), with the made-to-order station delivering authentic flavors. The executive lounge on the 38th floor provides all-day dining and afternoon tea in a quiet and relaxing high-altitude setting. The location is superb, right in the city center, not far from Tianfu Square, Chunxi Road, and Kuanzhai Alley, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. Overall, it’s a classic, understated luxury style. Whether you're traveling to Chengdu or on a short getaway, choosing this hotel won't disappoint!

Feeling right at home. Oh, how I adore the Ritz-Carlton! Whenever I travel, if there's a Ritz-Carlton in the area, it's always my top choice. You can always count on it. This trip to Chengdu, the Ritz-Carlton once again left me with wonderful memories. The entire room environment, layout, and amenities were thoughtful, perfect, and convenient. I especially want to commend Amanda from the hotel. Knowing I was traveling, she immediately thoughtfully provided a map of excursions around Chengdu and offered travel advice on places accessible from the hotel. These past few days, I've truly asked her whenever I had a question. Whether it was booking seats, replenishing items, or other travel inquiries, Amanda always responded patiently and promptly, making me feel very warm and cared for.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Chunxi Road and other attractions, which is very convenient. The hygiene conditions are good, and the facilities are decent. Both the breakfast and the executive lunch are plentiful. The hotel's service is also very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

It was my son's birthday, and they even provided a birthday cake for him – definitely the best hotel I've stayed at! The facilities were thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The hygiene was impeccable. The environment felt truly luxurious. And the service was incredibly attentive.
