I recently had a pleasant stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Chengdu, and I would like to commend your team for the excellent service provided throughout. Requests for additional drinking water and coffee were promptly fulfilled, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. I also appreciate the high-floor upgrade as a Bonvoy member.
However, I would like to offer a suggestion regarding the after check-out service. Upon reaching the airport, we realized that we had left a handbag in our room. When we called the hotel, we were informed that the bag would be brought to the lobby for collection. While we appreciate the swift response, it would have been much more convenient if the hotel offered a paid service to have forgotten items delivered to the airport.
Given The Ritz-Carlton’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences, I believe such a service would greatly benefit future guests who may find themselves in similar situations. I hope you will consider this as an enhancement to your already outstanding hospitality.
