First of all, as a mid-range big-brand hotel, the glass of the bedside table will be covered with a layer of plush debris as soon as you touch it. Secondly, the soundproofing is really bad. At around 3 a.m., not only was I woken up by the noise from the corridor, but I could also hear the normal conversations in the next room clearly. It was impossible to sleep at all. It was also very loud outside the window facing the street. If you want to have a good rest and be quiet, choose carefully.

Vienna Hotel is an old hotel. It has been renovated for several years, but the lobby and rooms are quite clean. The breakfast was gone a little later. The service staff had no protective measures. 酒店位置不錯，停車也方便，不過服務確實不好。我們入住酒店，半夜樓上有人酒後大吵大鬧，嚴重影響休息，於是我們打電話到前台，從半夜十二點多到兩點前後，前台沒有任何安慰措施。期間，我們到樓下找到前台值班服務員，她以正在接待其他客人為由，把我們晾在一邊，最後才有安保人員上樓查看，不過問題依然沒有解決，樓上吵鬧依舊。沒有辦法，我們衹有提出換房，最後半夜兩點多鐘才休息，嚴重影響第二天我們辦事效率。新津這家維也納酒店，太讓我們失望，遇到問題好像毫無辦法，解決問題也衹有拖，希望你們以後能加強員工培訓，不要遇到事情要靠客人來提出解決方案。
