先説説服務：我們入住時間不算早，七點多八點左右，下着雨刮著風，被告知電子身份證不認可，説“您需要在旁邊的公安局去辦理電子身份證”，經常出行的人應該知道電子身份證就是公安局官方程序，我數次到多地均可以辦理入住，但是他家不可以，但卻不在預訂須知中特別提示。我們以為比較近，因為酒店説“在旁邊”我們開着導航發現要走十五分鐘，一個來回半個小時並且下雨了我們沒帶雨傘。詢問可以退房嗎，酒店表示不可以。開車辦理紙資證明後，酒店表示沒有停車位了，然後我們停在路邊，然後早上去挪車進停車場。我們早上專門下來挪車，但是保安亭沒有人，沒人放行。（你説坑不坑）沒辦法停回了第三方場地，自費。開房的時候，報了一個房號，問我行不行，我從房號除了憑經驗猜出在最低樓層，其他都不知道，請問是在問我有什麼數字忌諱嗎？一般不是問“介意吸煙樓層嗎？介意在哪個位置嗎”從來沒遇到過請問介意這個房間嗎？我怎麼知道這個房間會不會有什麼特徵是我介意的！然後我就説樓層可以上去一點嗎？她説不行，就這個樓。那請問你問我幹什麼？
再説説內部設施：十月出頭的日子，十多度的天氣，下着雨刮著風，經過一路不順利來到房間，因為被迫去了一趟公安局，很冷，打開空調，呼呼的冷氣，暖風也是冷氣，打電話想問問什麼情況。前台表示，是中央空調，衹有冷風，不然就不吹。十幾度的天氣加上下雨，請問貴酒店的冷氣是給誰開的？結果不到一個小時就開始鼻涕鼻塞，回家開始發燒了。並且房間的窗户還關不嚴，一直灌冷風進來。牙膏上也是不明污漬，牙具盒也全是黴點。入口的東西，你就是擺桌上也比放你那個黴菌盒子強吧！

趕到酒店已經九點多了，一路很疲憊。在前台入住辦理中，前台服務員讓手機掃二維碼註冊，然後就開始註冊，感覺很麻煩。弄了半天。後面沒有操作完，我拒絕了註冊。實在太麻煩。

第一晚380、一樣的房間續住就530了、問能不能給第一天的價格前台説他們不能亂給價？這難道不是亂改的麼。開個電梯門也是自己忙自己的（前台沒有客人）站着等了好久最後還是沒去給我開。唯一好處可以停車
