Hotel location is very near to subway Shuhan East station, and a mall. Staff were helpful and I wish to thank the gentleman staff who had helped me to submit a complaint to the taxi company as the driver had overcharged me by more than double from Chengdu East railway station to the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay in the triple room.

Locations strategies, staff friendly.
The only thing not happy is the room floor is dirt,
can feel the table still have dust and full of smoking odour. The living hall chair, the wall decorating can see dust. I sit in the chair 10 min and skin start itchy.
Total stay 3 days, house keeping not clean properly.
the overnight tea cup is still in room after house keeping, speechless.

Very close to metro station Shuhan Road East, line 2.. Just walk out from Gate A , go straight . It's about 10 shops away along this straight path. Staff are helpful . Place is clean . Nice bed & bedsheets . Shower is great .

The hotel is near MRT station and great customer service. Provide self service tea station at the lobby. Nearby the hotel have supermarkets and many restaurants.

Service wasn’t that great. The hotel smelt really high of smoke, even in the non-smoking room. Once the vent was on, the smoke smell was coming in so we had to shut off the vent. Location was good, took only 5 minutes to get to our destination.
