理成都火車南站很近是的，步行7分鐘左右。木地板已經入水都浮起來了。好的地方在於廁所/浴室有窗，很通风。

挺尷尬的，上次住的附近另外一處價格和這個差不多，但是有窗户。公共衞浴這些沒什麼都還行，床單被子也不錯
最大的問題來了！
這次房間無窗，走道上的窗户就沒必要寫窗户了，建議店家自己把房型缺陷也標註上，怪衹能怪自己沒看清楚。隔音不好，而且還不是户內的隔音不好，户間牆的隔音都不好，上午能聽到隔壁補課的聲音。
房間改造有個底線，保證基本的居住要求，

空調不製冷，電視打不開，wifi信號一般，沒有床單衹有床墊，花灑不灑，衹能一股水流，洗手液完全沒有了～位置很好，早上走路到南站幾分鐘，老闆接電話很快，回覆消息及時。
