Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff were warm and friendly, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home everyday. The room is beautiful with essential amenities. Staff always make sure that we have a great breakfast and helped us with our travel needs. Location of hotel is great as it is close to many parks to enjoy a morning walk. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

This is my favorite hotel I stayed at in Chengdu. The staff are very good and they are always there to help with anything I don't understand. The accommodation environment is also very good, with a ******* style decoration. It is close to Kuanzhai Alley and People's Park, and the experience is very good. There are also many Sichuan style snacks and hotpot downstairs. I recommend that customers who come to Chengdu can stay here!

We get the best Receptionist service with smiling face... Arrived in Chengdu 5am..reach Hotel 7.30am.. With elder 7x + Kid 10years old, temperature around 6-7degree...Request early Checkin..straight arrange for us go in room rest.. Very appreciated... Every morning meet Room cleaner with full face smiling... Make us feel so warming... Breakfast... May be not peak season... Arrange according to our confortable time... 🥰🥰🥰... Receptionist really make our trip feel goods + ADD value to the Floral hotel ...

The hotel’s services is really good and friendly. The location is also good, and able to late checked out as kids and elderly are tired. The hotel decorated like a ******* house with many vintage accessories. Lovey stay here and 5 stars for friendliness 😊

I recently stayed at this amazing Tibet-themed hotel in Chengdu, and it was fantastic! The room was super spacious and clean, making it really comfortable. The staff were all so welcoming and genuinely caring, which made the experience even better.
One of my favourite spots was the little café in the hotel—it had this great view of the street. At night, it was absolutely stunning with all the lights from the buildings. Plus, being close to the tube station was super handy for getting around.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you're in Chengdu, definitely check it out!

Hotel location is very convenient. A few minutes walk to the subway station. There are two parks nearby which are perfect for the morning walk. Staff are very friendly, and Shuyou Tea tastes great.
