Very poor ventilation. We knew the rooms allowed smoking, but as non-smokers we didn’t expect that the smells and smoke from the other rooms would freely circulate throughout the whole vent system. Also very noisy neighbors at night. I had to wake up three times from the shouts of people checking in and then talking in the neighboring rooms. Absolutely horrible experience for a one night transit stay. The location is great though, right by the subway station.

I basically stayed in designer hotels every time I came to Chengdu a long time ago. 1️⃣ Not only can the Wi-Fi of this hotel not connect to the TV in the room, but the screen is broken and the contact is poor. I called the front desk to let us connect to the WiFi in other rooms. 2️⃣ The bathtub doesn't even have a disposable bathtub cover. What are you doing with the bathtub there? 3️⃣ Also, I don’t know whether the design of this room is humane. Even if it is a single room, is the toilet open? The toilet is right next to the bed without a door. The whole room smells when I go to the toilet.
