Great service from check in. Wonderful huge room with hot tub and river view. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner which was great value for money. Swimming pool and fitness facilities are second to none. Next to the hotspring and river walks.

The concierge service at the front desk is terrible, especially the guy in the photo. I came out of the underground garage to pick up my family and children at the hotel lobby entrance, and this guy came over to me and rudely drove me away. The hotel should provide some proper training, it's really terrible!

The entire hotel facilities are relatively old. I was sleeping in the middle of the night when all the lights in the room suddenly came on. This happened several times and it scared me to death.
