My second time staying at this hotel. Breakfast was adequate. Staffs were friendly. Location is excellent with eateries and shopping places nearby. Soundproofing is lacking, especially when your neighbouring rooms close their doors.

Room is very clean and spacious, which for me is the most important aspect for a hotel. Location isn’t exactly ideal (about 10-15 minutes walk away from the nearest subway station and IFS building), but there are plenty of eateries nearby that are opened till late night. It is very convenient if you are hungry and looking for a late night supper. Convenience store is just underneath the hotel. They replenish yogurt drinks, bottled mineral water and snacks everyday. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent in all aspects. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Got in early from Jiuzhaigou and they made available a held room. Room was very big and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has good variety and food was delicious.
Location is ideal, not too noisy area with lots of local food. If you like a drink with some local music, walk across the road to 民谣火塘. Walking distance to taikoolee and Chunxi Road. Can find any faults.

Very nice staff, especially Lady Tingting's service is enthusiastic, thank you. We visited Panda breeding center, Lady Tingting helped us for taxi and all related information. Thanks her support our plan worked very well and we enjoyed. Next time, I stay in this hotel as well.
