The staff name Xiao Xue 小雪 is very kind and friendly welcoming us. we stayed here for one night , the location is very close to the airport shuttle bus , so we dont need to carry our luggage too far . Nearby is the chunxi lu dan taiko li pedestrian. Convenient to reach the mrt subway station.
We come back again the other week before our flight departure to Tianfu Airport. And Xiao Xue 小雪. Upgraded our room to Panda Room .
We felt so delightful with her service.

Amazing stay in the heart of Chengdu!
I had a wonderful experience at Chilling Time Hotel near Chunxi Road. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. What impressed me most was the warm and helpful service, especially from the front desk staff Xiao Zhang (小张). She went out of her way to assist me — truly made me feel at home. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location which is just next to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian. Cosy and clean hotel. The front desk staff Xiao Yue is very friendly and helpful handling my parcels sent to hotel and late check out. This has made my first trip to Chengdu a very pleasant one.

This hotel is a great place to stay in Chengdu. 5-min walking distance to metro station (Chunxi Rd) & located in the shopping areas & some main attractions. The front desk staff (Siao Zhang) is friendly & helpful, and the housekeeping auntie is also very nice.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially 小张our room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was ideal. Small thoughtful touches (llocal snacks n the thoughtful gift! made us feel special. Couldn’t ask for better service. Will definitely return! Thank you so much, We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness.

I had a great stay at this hotel located right by Chunxi Road. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the shopping district, just a short walk to Taikoo Li and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. There’s even a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel, which was super convenient for quick snacks or essentials. Perfect spot if you’re looking to explore Chengdu’s city center.
The hotel has a small reception and lobby area, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also offer baggage storage, which was really convenient for exploring the city before check-in or after check-out.
