My stay at this hotel didn't start positively because check-in was supposed to have opened at 12PM, midday, I arrived at 4PM yet I was informed my room was not ready yet. This was frustrating as I was very exhausted from my travel and really looking forward to resting. They offered the option of a different room on a less desirable floor, which I declined because I wanted my room with a good view. They performed a rushed cleaning job, which meant the room was not cleaned thoroughly. Generally the room wasn't disgusting, but some of the furnishings were visibly worn. Also on my last day at the hotel I realized there was a sizable hole under the door lock, which could be used as a peep hole, that wasn't very comforting.
