Hotel was huge, room was clean and perfect, amenities was good and the view right to the pool the gap services is only language only certain staff can speak English

We last stayed here 6 years ago and, unfortunately, the breakfast has went from absolutely amazing to just very good: they no longer serve honey from a honeycomb, sushi is no longer available, fruit juices are no longer freshly squeezed in front of you, they no longer have meat carving station with ham and roast beef, etc. Overall, the hotel is still very good. Easy access to the metro and lots of food options at the Global Center mall.

Very good hotel, required 1000RMB deposit per night. Very unique hotel located within a very large mall. It was a shame the water park was closed but the staff were very attentive and gave us a phone call during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Rooms were huge with large ceilings.

Excellent hotel with reasonable price. Get a double surprised of being upgraded to a much bigger room and get a free .morning breakfast for 2.
Excellent place for morning breakfast, an huge open space next to swimming pool .
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the stay very much, and most probably will stay at same hotel again if we travel to Chengdu in future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, we even got upgraded for free. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We are a 70year plus couple. The surrounding us palatial. The tram available to transport guests around was an excellent provision. The place is great for those who wish to have a leisurely stay with shopping and eateries at hand. The breakfast was ok.Besides bedroom slippers, the hotel provides rubber slippers that we used to walk around t outside the bedroom. Unfortunately, its so very easy to trip over the slippers. Got to be very careful using them.

Overall good and clean. However it is important to know that it is a very noisy place in summer with concert hapenning. Very good for kids but not great for old people
