Loved it! I was exhausted when I arrived, but the staff checked me in super fast and were really kind. The room was clean, comfy, and the bed and shower were amazing. Breakfast had so many options and everything felt well cared for. I’ve stayed in a few places in Chengdu before, but this one definitely stands out. I’d come back for sure.

I arrived around 3 PM, which was the check-in time, but had to wait for almost 40 minutes before the room was ready. The staff gave me a free drink coupon for tea, coffee, or soft drinks, and eventually upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with high-quality amenities—from bottled water to the electrical appliances. The breakfast was excellent. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel i stayed in Chengdu, shoutout to Kevin & Kendall for their warm service. They provided cake and fruits for my mum's birthday:) The rooms are big and nearby to IFS and Taikooli.

we stayed in grand hyatt for two nights prior to this ,then we went to the mountains before staying three nights here.we were very fortunate to meet Crystal at the check-in reception.Crystal is helpful ,welcoming with a charming deposition .She took her time to explain everything and even upgraded one of our rooms (we booked two )The hotel location is great short walk to tai koo li the shopping area .the rooms are relatively new and cleanliness is great! breakfast is good too ..only thing is perhaps the buffet high tea was abit disappointing considering everything else.overall a great stay will def come back when in chengdu! thanks Crystal!!!

I had a wonderful stay with my spouse at Langbo Hotel Chengdu. The staff upgraded my room with a beautiful view of Tai Ko Li which made my stay even more special. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Location is superb. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu!
