The room we booked was big enough for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location was awesome as the metro is just a short 2 to 3 mins walk from the hotel and attraction like TaiKooLi and IFS is right beside which is very convenient.
We were also very impressed by the butler service by 花花，土豆，彬彬and曾曾 who took care of us during our stay there. Special mention to 花花 and 土豆 who assisted us to retrieve a bag that we left behind on an airport transfer.
Breakfast is ok which will be served in the room and service beings at 8am. The hotel is also able to keep our luggages during our 3d2n trip to 九寨沟.
Definitely recommend travellers to stay at this accommodation!

The room itself is a suitable size for our family of 2 adults and 1 Child (11 years). I had my room on the high floor, so it was pretty peaceful at night despite the area being buzzing.
The location was perfect, 100m to IFS and 太古里 is a stone's throw away, too.

The location of the hotel is excellent.
Our room was cleaned well during our 4 night stay. Must say our cleaner auntie on 22nd flr unit 13 (i didn't know your name) was very helpful and kind. Although we interrupted her cleaning twice, she ensured the room was cleaned thoroughly and amenities topped up every time! Our 小管家南风 was excellent and prompt too!
We hope the 2nd level loft toilet will have more privacy, though. But we will definitely return here next time!

Great hotel to stay at (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center and within easy reach of metro stations. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future

Superb accommodation at a superb location - couldn’t get any more central than this place, which is a stone’s throw from IFS, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Pedestrian Street with heaps of shopping and food options all around. The subway entrance to Chunxi Road station is just downstairs, but it’s incredibly affordable getting around anywhere via rideshare services. The apartment itself is amazing, spacious, posh and incredibly clean, not to mention the stunning views! Their butler service is exceptional (special mention to Butler Miss Xia), and the service by reception staff and housekeeping was fantastic too. Highly recommend for any solo travellers or couples as the bathroom area is all clear glass.

Very good location near IFS, it’s located at the building with the big panda screen
Service was impeccable as well, with a butler assigned. Had no issues communicating with butler via wechat
Room looked exactly like the pictures and we truly loved our stay!
