Good location, convenient parking, antique style, and a bag of dried radish was given when I checked out. Thank you! There are two points that make me dissatisfied: 1. The central air-conditioning unit outside the window of the light luxury twin room I booked was too noisy. I like to sleep with the windows open all year round. Plus, my sleep quality is poor, so it is very difficult for me to fall asleep. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I measured the noise level as shown in the picture below. If this type of room is to be offered at a special price, it should at least be indicated that there is a certain amount of noise, so that people who can accept it will naturally not mind it. 2. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, my son said he was hungry and wanted to go out to buy something to eat, but it suddenly started raining and we didn't bring an umbrella. My husband went to the front desk and asked to borrow an umbrella and return it on his way back. The staff said that the hotel did not provide umbrellas and he could only buy one for 10 yuan. I also encountered this. It is suggested to improve the quality of staff and not to be profit-driven.

The front desk service is poor and the attitude is bad. The room card can't open the room door. There are such low-level problems

This was the first time I encountered such a frustrating thing. After taking a shower late at night, the bathroom door lock was broken and I couldn't open it from the inside. I didn't bring my cell phone with me, and the child was already asleep outside. It was useless to knock on the door. No one heard me at all. I couldn't open it no matter what I did. I thought I would have to stay in the toilet all night. Fortunately, I hung a clothes hanger in advance, and the hook of the hanger happened to be made of very thin metal. I used the hook to hook the lock open from the crack of the door. Alas, it really felt like I had been saved from a desperate situation. I was really angry at the time. I had never encountered such a thing before. I reported the matter to the front desk the next day, but I didn't receive an apology. I can only blame myself for my bad luck. I really have to pay attention in the future. Check the door lock before staying in a hotel and bring my cell phone with me when taking a shower. That's it.

The hotel's convenient location is the only advantage. All other facilities are not available, and you have to buy your own breakfast, which is expensive and has a low cost-performance ratio. The service was also poor.
