The hotel is conveniently located, with many eateries and convenience stores just a short walk away. The MRT station is nearby as well. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The cleaning staff is very polite, providing daily housekeeping and replenishing all amenities. The host is very responsive; even when we messaged him around 2 a.m., he replied immediately. The washing machine was incredibly useful for us, and the heated toilet room was a nice touch. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay.

The location is quite good. Apartment 2 floors. Front load washing machine with no dryer. No cooking. Got 2 cups but no spoons. Full toiletries. Bottled water. Bath towels. Slippers.hair dryer. Beds comfortable.

The location is quite good as it is two stops away from the chengdu east railway station. Good to stay here if you have plans to travel to outskirt of Chengdu. Daily replenish of fresh bottled water and towels. The down side is the heater is not really well. When we stay for a few days we could feel the heater blowing hot air but only if you are standing near the air con, it does not warm the room. We told the housekeeper about it and she taught us how should we set the aircon heater but it is of no use. As the room still feels cold. The host did not even mention to us that the microwave was not available at all when we stayed until we had to question the host. The water is also leaking from the pipe from the water heater. There was sewage smell from the toilet and had to report to the host but it takes a few days to fix. They do provide additional hanger upon our requests. A suggestion for the host is to provide the address in more detials as such if it is apartment to provide the correct building no and whether it is A or B block. As we reached to the hotel i think and had to contact the host to bring us to the correct place. It is still overall not a bad place to stay as there were a lot of eateries and convenience stores.

It was a great location walkable distance to metro. There are lots of restaurants and places for food downstairs. The place is clean and the front desk staff is also helpful.

The hotel location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby. It is also within walking distance to metro stations. There are daily cleaning services and water provided daulily. However, there is no kitchen amenities as stated in Trip.com. The black chicken noodle next to the hotel check in counter is super yummy.
