The staff was very friendly and attentive. The zen vibe was nice however the sound proofing could be better in the rooms. There wasn’t a TV in our room which is probably for the better. 😀
If you’re a tea lover then this is your place!

I had a wonderful stay here!!! The rooms and the lobby/tea room are beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I don’t speak any Mandarin, but they were very patient using the translator with me and very eager to help me with anything I needed. They did my laundry for free and the cleaned the room nicely every day. It was a great value for the price, especially compared to the other hotels I saw available for the same nights.
I was hoping to eat breakfast here, but I didn’t get the chance, so I can’t comment on it, but I ate at the restaurant on the 6th floor, which had a great ambience and was convenient and reasonably priced.
It was also a short DiDi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was fantastic! The service was really kind-hearted and helpful. The room was beautiful, amazing natural stone facilities and rain shower. Everything was very clean and well kept. The Zen Garden in the courtyard is beautiful. The location is a bit inconvenient from the subway, but the neighborhood is very nice, a lot of nearby cafés and restaurants and very walkable. It was my sister's favorite stay in China, we felt very comfortable there and would return anytime!

The hotel style is full of Zen, simple and elegant, the service facilities are very good, and the sleep is very comfortable.
The boss and service staff are enthusiastic, harmonious, and sincere. I especially remember one evening, after dragging my tired body back to the hotel, I drank a cup of old white tea from the boss. The fragrance of tea was overflowing and warmed my heart. I felt very at ease when I walked here.
